About Signe

I'm a real estate broker in Gig Harbor. Most of the people I work with are moving here from somewhere else: new jobs in Tacoma, orders to JBLM, family nearby, or simply wanting to live by the water.

My work is mostly translation. I turn town names into places you can picture, listings into a short list worth your time, and a long day of driving into one well-planned Saturday. When you're ready to sell, I do the same in reverse: a written plan, a price with reasons, and every offer laid out side by side.

Outside work you'll find me at the farmers market or out on the harbor. I keep these notes because I wish someone had written them for me.
