We flew in on a Friday night and by Saturday evening we knew we wanted Fox Island. Signe drove my commute with me at seven the next morning, which settled it.
Our orders gave us five weeks. Signe toured homes by video while we were still in Texas and had a VA lender lined up before we landed.
She told us which houses not to bother seeing, and why. That saved us a whole day.
The well and septic list she gave us before we made an offer on the Key Peninsula was worth more than anything else we read.
We sold our North Tacoma house with her plan on the kitchen table the whole time. Nothing was a surprise.
