Home / Selling your home
Selling a home on the peninsula or in North Tacoma
A written plan before anything goes online: what to fix, what to leave, the price and why, and what happens each day until you hand over the keys.
Prep
We walk the house together and I write a short list: do it, skip it, maybe. Most of it is cleaning, paint and light.
Pricing
I pull the recent sales near you and the homes you would compete with, and show you the range on paper. You choose the price with the numbers in front of you.
Photography and film
Daylight photography, a measured floor plan and a short film, booked once the house is ready.
Launch
Live late in the week, open that weekend. After each showing you get a text with the feedback.
Negotiation
Every offer goes into one table: price, loan, close date, inspection, credits. You see what each is worth after credits, not just the top line.

Common questions
What do you charge to sell?
My fee is negotiable and written into the listing agreement line by line before anything goes live.
Do I need to stage?
Not always. Sometimes a few borrowed pieces help a room photograph well. We decide room by room.
Plan a tour day.
Tell Signe where you'll work and what you need. A draft route comes back the same day.
